Due to the nature of the business in which we are involved, with the prestige side of our business dealing with higher value vehicles, we do not require FCA authorisation.
That being said, having historically held FCA authorisation, our procedures and practices in place still mean that not only do we uphold the principles of treating customers fairly but we also add as many layers of protection for our customers as possible despite them not being protected under the FCA as the finance contracts exceed the value at which the FCA covers or are linked to business usage, either way being unregulated contracts.
